To update the Invoices and Estimate, Kindly follow the steps below:

1. Login to Zoho Books then

2. Click on Settings (the gear like icon on the top right corner of the page)

3. Click on "Preferences" on the left then

4. Click on "Invoices" and update the text in "Terms and Conditions/Customer Notes" as may be applicable.

5. Then click on "Save"

6. Go through steps 4 and 5 to update "Estimates" as well.
